Andy Lassner

The Ellen DeGeneres show's scandal has attained the attention of the whole world. After DJ Twitch 'Boss' broke his silence about the show back in around a month, the executive producer of the Ellen DeGeneres Show, Andy Lassner, has come forth with an admission. He cited that it's been 'a couple of rough months' both for him and production because of the controversy around the daytime show.

After nearly a month, Lassner returned to his Instagram, where he opened about the things going on right now after three of his fellow executive producers got fired. They were accused of sexual harassment and workplace misconduct.

In the video, he mentioned that it has been 'rough' and mentioned, 'When we go through these things, I guess, when we learn the most about ourselves, and maybe even some growth.'

He further mentioned:

"I've been away for a little bit, dealing with — you know, some stuff. You may have read about it. It's been a couple of rough months,' he continued. 'But it's when we go through these things, I guess when we learn the most about ourselves, and maybe even some growth."

Andy Lassner has been very public about the controversy and its fallout. He cited that, 'But to tell you it hasn't been rough would be a lie, and I've always been honest with you. It's been rough. But I'm back.'

The Ellen DeGeneres Show has been halted since 9 July 2020, and it is slated to return for its 18th season 9 September.
