She is now an orphan as both her parents have passed away. Her mother, Leslie, passed away on February 29, 2020; her father died in 2016 from cancer.
She finished her high school education in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and moved back to Las Vegas at 18.

Jen Harley’s relationship is single as of now. But she previously dated Ronnie Ortiz-Magro around May 2017. The ex-couple also welcomed their first child, a daughter named Ariana Sky Magro, in April 2018.
They had an on-and-off relationship for several months after the birth of their daughter. Ronnie appeared to get too close to another woman during the 26 April 2018 episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, which later he denied during an interview with US Weekly.

Ronnie found intimate photos and videos of Harley and her ex on her phone just a few weeks after Ariana’s birth. On 29 April 2018, Ronnie eventually turned to social media for venting his anger, on Instagram, writing, “Can’t turn a natural born H*E, into a HOUSEWIFE." He also created a poll in his Instagram stories to ask his fans whether it was disrespectful of her or not.
Jen responded to these insults, writing, “Can’t turn a coke head into a father! Yeahhh buddy.” On Instagram Live on 30 April 2018, Harley was filming the feud over this matter where the video ends when Ronnie appears to grab the phone out of Harley’s hand.
In 2018, on an episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, Harley lunged at Ronnie, but security held her back. The police investigated the incident but made no arrests.
The couple also appeared to tie the knot, which was shared on Instagram with a series of videos on 1 April 2019. They hit up a Las Vegas quickie wedding chapel and appeared to marry. However, it was just a prank played on the followers as it was April fool day.

Jen Harley is not new to having run-ins with the law.
She got into a fight with ex-beau Ronnie in a club in Las Vegas on New Year’s Eve 2018. Harley allegedly threw a glass of ashtray at Ronnie, leaving him with several injuries. Ronnie filed a battery report against her a couple of days later.
In June 2018, Jen Harley was arrested for domestic battery after she reportedly dragged Ronnie with her car while driving home from a party. Their daughter was still in the backseat of the car at that time. This incident was no longer forwarded “due to insufficient evidence”, according to a Clark County District Attorney’s Office spokesperson.
In May 2019, the news was out of Harley getting arrested again. According to the law enforcement sources, Jen called the cops early morning, reporting that there was an intruder with a gun in her house. Responding to her report, the cops came to the house, and when they investigated the place, they found an outstanding warrant from the New Year’s Eve incident and took her into custody.
On 16 January 2020, Ronnie called the police and filed a domestic violence complaint against Jen after she reportedly gained entry into his house and assaulted him. This was later confirmed by his lawyers, Scott Leemon and Leonard Levine.
Recently, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was arrested for allegedly attacking a partner. His ex-girlfriend Jen Harley later came to pick up their 3-year-old daughter, Ariana, who was with Ronnie at the time. Harley was not involved in this recent incident of April 2021, according to PEOPLE.
