Family Entangled In A Crime Scene

Crime follows Jeremy Meeks' entire family. Jeremy's father, Ray Meeks, is a murder-rape convicted man who served 33 years in prison. Before Ray married Jeremy's mother, he was in a lengthy sentence for armed robbery in Wichita, Kansas.

Jeremy was just a kid when his father went to jail in 1984. Ray and Jeremy's mom divorced when he (Ray) was still in prison. Jeremy revealed that both of his parents, Ray and Katherine Angier, were heroin addicts, which seems to have a huge impact during his childhood.

Like his parents, Jeremy too got involved in the crime scenes. As a result, he was arrested in 2014 on felony weapons charges. Despite that, Jeremy garnered the support of over $4,300 from GoFundMe for his defense. When the police department posted his mugshot on Facebook, he gained the notoriety fame so-called 'Hot Felon' or 'Prison Bae' and 'Hot Mugshot Guy.'

Jeremy Meeks was released from prison in 2016, after which he started his modeling career.
