Brooke posted a series of photos, among which she posed one with her daughter embracing her while in Rowan’s college dorm and another one with the whole family, including Rowan’s father, Chris Henchy, and her sister, Grier. The family also shared some snaps while walking around Rowan’s new college.

“This was the saddest drive away from anywhere I’ve ever had to make. But my baby is BEGINNING one of the most important adventures of her life to date… NOW!”

High School Graduation And Prom Details Of Rowan Francis Henchy

The mother-of-two, Brooke Shields, seems to be quite enthusiastic about enjoying her kids' reach of new milestones every time. As previously in June this year, Brooke went on to share a stunning moment of her daughter, Rowan Francis Henchy, as she attends her prom following her high school graduation.

It was reported that Rowan especially asked her mother if she could wear the 1988’s Golden Globes dress worn by the actress at the time during her nomination for her role in Suddenly Susan.

Though the actress didn’t bag herself the award at that time, it couldn’t be any happier like she is now since her daughter piqued the interest in her fashion at the time. With a series of stunning snaps of Rowan in the dress, Brooke took to her Instagram page to share the prom moment, captioning, “I thought it was a special night when I was nominated for a Golden Globe and wore this dress in 1988, but nothing could have prepared me to see my daughter wearing it to her prom.” She concluded the caption in the post addressing herself as a “proud mama!”

Well, as beautiful as the actress Brooke is, her daughter also looked quite stunning while donning the off-shoulder red gown that Brooke wore at the 1988 Golden Globes during her prom. Rowan also performed a rendition of Ed Sheeran’s single, Photograph, at her high school graduation ceremony in June 2021.

To mark the milestone, the mother and daughter then went on to get the matching tattoos of a ladybug afterward.

Parents Details Of Rowan Francis Henchy

Rowan Francis Henchy was born on 15 May 2003 in Manhattan, New York, to mother Brooke Shields and father, Chris Henchy. She has a younger sibling named Grier Hammond Henchy.

Her father, Chris Henchy, is a producer, director, and screenwriter, best known for his works in Land of the Lost, The Other Guys, and The Campaign.

Her mother, Brooke Shields, is a popular American actress, model, and author, best known for her works in The Blue Lagoon, Suddenly Susan, and her book, Down Came the Rain: My Journey Through Postpartum Depression. She is one of the widely known faces for being in the commercials of Calvin Klein.

Chris and Brooke first linked through a mutual friend on a TV set in 1999. Shortly after, they saw the beginning of their romance and got engaged the following year in July during a lavish vacation in Mexico. The pair eventually tied the knot later in April 2001.

In their marriage, they welcomed two daughters; the eldest, Rowan Francis Henchy, in 2003 and the youngest, Grier Hammond Henchy, in 2006.

In May 2018, a source close to the pair told Closer that the couple is still in very much love together. The source further revealed that the family was more of an “un-Hollywood” type where they would enjoy the family time the best and said that the couple brought their kids first and did all the things normal families do.

Well, taking talks about the family members, the youngest one, Grier, is quite the adorable one. She has been attracting a lot of attention ever since a very young age, as many sources report Grier to have those same glorious looks like her mother at an early age.

Though the parents have sheltered their daughters well as they enjoy a great family time together, some professionals are still eager to get the young beauty in their agency. Despite that, the young one remains cool-headed as she has not let go of her sweet family time, and it seems like she will not be embarking on her career journey anytime soon until she graduates from college.

Moreover, the mother and daughter share such a tight bond and also such physical similarity that the fans and publicly express their thoughts, saying that Grier is Brooke’smini-me and she will rock the showbiz world with those stunning hereditary beauty of hers.

Earlier this year, the fans got worried when Brooke was caught up in an accident when she had her femur broken while working out at a gym. While speaking about the incident in her appearance in Good Morning America in May 2021, she explained how the accident took place and how much damage it had done to make her initially think if she had become paralyzed.

She continued that her helplessness reduced as her teen daughters motivated her to stay strong. She said,

“I had to stay calm for them. My kids actually asked me if I thought I was going to die. If I can turn it into anything positive, or I can teach my girls, yeah, stuff is going to happen in your life, and how you respond is going to define you, and adversity will reveal you.”

Anyways, a lot has happened since then, and it seems that the actress is making a speedy recovery to the point that she can happily enjoy her eldest daughter’s new milestones this past few months with an energetic smile.
