Chicago Cubs' Kyle Hendricks' game on Opening Day at Wrigley Field against their NL Central rival Milwaukee Brewers was praiseworthy. Hendricks amazed us all with his gamings, where Cubs needed only 103 pitches to throw a complete-game shutout.

Kendricks, who stands at the height of 6 feet and 2 inches tall (1.91 meters), induced weak contact and got strikeouts with all three of his pitches, including bottom-falling-out change, high 80s fastball, and knee-buckling curve. Eventually, he made nine punchouts on opening day at Major League Baseball (MLB). Talking about his mesmerizing work on the pitch and the team's win, Hendrick mentioned;

"That was so much fun after being out for so long. Just so thankful to be out there and take the field with my guys. We love playing this game and to be able to come back, play for Rossy, get him his first W."

Kyle Hendrick's shutout is the second Opening Day shutouts from an individual after the 2013 season. Previously, Clayton Kershaw played a vital role in the win to Los Angeles Dodgers.
