In July 2020, the couple revealed about pregnancy, and Sarah stated that she is entering her motherhood phase. Through YouTube, she stated that she didn't want to have kids at first, but after meeting Raymond, she wanted to have a family. She added:
"I'm so excited, which is news for me. I honestly did not want to have kids before I met Ray Rowe. No one had ignited that motherly instinct in me. It just wasn't something I thought was for me."

Since then, Sarah has been showcasing her baby bump. On 8 December 2020, the former wrestler went topless, flaunting her baby bump on Instagram.
