Triple H has been absent from WWE programming and backstage appearances due to health issues since last September. However, his top executive assistant, Lisette Pineda was let go by the company where she worked as as Manager of Global Talent Strategy and Development for WWE.
Her departure from the company sparked rumors inside the company that Triple H's future with the company is unpredictable. She was let go because Triple H was yet to return to work full-time due to his heart issues and without him, her role was limited at its best.
