Aaron Foust grew up as a troubled kid and was arrested for stealing a car when he was only 14 years old. Aaron was also arrested and put in jail after a police chase. He was diagnosed as an anti-social sociopath by a psychiatrist in jail. He worked as a muscle for the local drug dealers.
Aaron was taken into custody in April 1997 after he hit an acquaintance’s girlfriend in her face and hurt a female neighbour who tried to stop him. On 18 May 1997, Aaron’s acquaintance David Ward who served as a hospital administrator gave him a ride along with his accomplice Jamal Brown to David’s home in Fort Worth. Aaron was in need of money to pay his attorneys and he bound David with a speaker wire and stole David’s ATM card.
Later, Aaron strangled David with his hands and arms, stepped on Ward’s neck and tried to break his neck. Aaron and Jamal looted Ward’s house and left gang graffiti on the walls.
As a result, Aaron was found guilty of capital murder on 14 April 1998 and was executed by lethal injection on 28 April 1999 after spending almost a year on death row.
