Her head was found in the Arizona Canal eleven days later, and the forensic exam resulted in Angela being sexually abused and having a stab wound that pierced her lung and aorta.

Ten months later, Melanie Bernas went missing, and her body was found at the I-17 underpass at Castles N’ Coasters. Melanie was sexually assaulted, and a stab wound pierced her lung and aorta.
