Jett Simmons hurt Rayshawn Neely and his co-workers on 01 February 2013 at their workplace in Fresno, California. He drove his car into their workplace and rammed Neely between the vehicle and the truck pinning his lower body underneath.

As Neely's co-workers rushed to help him, Jett exclaimed that he was Jesus Christ and was sent to heaven to take all Black people, including the victim. Jett also caught a nurse named Tonya Baker in a bear hug and crushed her hard after she tried to help Neely.

Then, Jett's passenger, Kai Lawrence, rescued the woman and Neely by attacking Jett with his hatchet thrice in his head and butt. The victim's co-workers asked Kai to drop his hatchet, and they called the police. Soon enough, Jett Simmons was arrested and was found with a small bag of marijuana in his car. 

Moreover, Kai, the savior of Jett's assault on Neely, was sentenced to 57 years for the murder of Joseph Galfy, a New Jersey attorney.
