Recently, D’Ambrosio filed his complaint in the District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and is claiming one count each of defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy by false light, civil liability for doxxing, misappropriation, unjust enrichment, and public disclosure of private facts. He requested a trial by jury.
