Greg Wallace's Diet Plan
Greg Wallace's strict diet plan and regimen led him to the dramatic transformation of his body. His diet includes 'Fakeaways,' featuring curries and chili con Carnes. He has not got rid of his favorite food but maintained a routine on feeding. He mentioned, 'I still love a Big Mac and a KFC bargain bucket. I don't agree with diets,' in an interview with The Sun.
He often intakes his favorite ones, but not daily. It means the intake ratio of avoiding and eating those diet comes in a ration of 80/20. And that rule will be useful if you treat yourself occasionally.
Besides that, he is very health conscious and measures the calorie of the food before intaking. Greg avoids sugary and fatty foods. As keeping him far away from the unhealthy diet, he chooses alternatives instead of those eatery items.

He follows under his trainer Danny Rai and gets involved in grueling workouts, including cardio and weight training. During the lockdown, he works at his home.
