Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is another sequel of the Naruto franchise, directed by Masashi Kishimoto. It follows the journey of Uzumaki Boruto and his friends as they strive to become the best shinobi masters.
This anime franchise has recently accommodated the "Mujina Bandits" Arc from the manga series, which is a prominent forerunner to the series' main story-line, the "Kara Arc." This arc adapts the 9th volume of the manga series.
The "Kara Arc" will introduce an ambiguous, secret, and villainous group of people called Kara. It will also unveil the true significance meaning behind the Karma Seal that was left dented on Boruto's hand. They are the antagonists of this anime series.
Release Date Of the Kara Arc In Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Is Delayed
The release date of the Kara Arc in Boruto, starting from episode 157, was supposed to be on 17 May 2020.
However, due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the anime schedule of Kara Arc is delayed to a later foreseeable future.
Boruto premiered, episode 153 last week. But instead of new episodes, Boruto will be delayed from 26 April and will rerun the first episode Uzumaki Bolt !! from 3 May onwards, the official website TV Tokyo confirms.
The Plot Of The Kara Arc Includes Mysterious Group 'Kara'
Kara Arc's plot revolves around a mysterious and villainous group of organizations known as Kara. This organization consists of several antagonists members led by a man named Jigen.

Kara's sole purpose is to be in charge of collecting and defending vessels of Otsutsuki Clan members. Their agenda also conveys an evil intent for the world, as they plan to nurture a new God Tree huge enough to swallow all life on Earth.
Their history background is concealed, and they're linked to the Otsutsuki clan prompted with the Karma seals embedded into their body. This organization has accumulated vast quantities of wealth, numerous scientific ninja tools, and the use of Genjutsu for long-range transmission.

Villains: 'Kara' Members
Kara wears matching uniform attires. They have a facial tattoo based on a roman numeral and wears black-hooded mantles with a red covering. Kara is further segmented into two categories: Inners and Outers.
Inners and Outers branches of this organization are based upon their proximity to the leader and their supremacy in strength. The Inners are deemed as atrocious and menacing guys with overwhelming powers, which are in command of a particular region. However, the Outers support the Inners as they perform tasks petitioned by them.

•Jigen
Jigen is the leader of the organization and possesses a roman numeral IV under his left eye. The origin of Jigen's strength is Isshiki Otsutsuki. He possesses the power to shrink targets and objects at a microscopic level.
•Koji Kashin
Koji is a mysterious man who possesses long hair with stubble looks. He has links with Konohagakure and carries a suspicious motive. He has demonstrated his techniques to use the Rasengan and summoning toads.
•Delta
Delta is a woman who possesses long frizzy hair with prosthetic eyes. Her roman Numeral number is I on her forehead. She holds tremendous strength with an ability to stretch her limbs. She can also shoot rays from her resolute eyes.
•Amado
Amado is a genius specialist who inspects the Karma operations and the elevation of shinobi ware inside the organization.
•Boro
Boro is a giant, hairy, and friendly type of guy who has a trinity of tattoos that determine a Roman numeral III on his face. He is estimated to be a more formidable man than Jigen. He is recognized for his water technique for ninjutsu. He can also use a lava release technique called "Kekkai Genkai," which he forms to shroud his opponents in the form of mist to break them.

Team Konohamaru (Team 7) is a shinobi faction of members from Konohagakure, supervised by Sarutobi Konohamaru. Its core members are Uzumaki Boruto, Sarada Uchiha, and Mitsuki.

•Boruto Uzumaki
Boruto is the offspring of Naruto Uzumaki and Hinata Hyuga. Due to his father Naruto's status as the Hokage, he is resolute on becoming more powerful and authenticates himself on becoming a great shinobi. At first, he was resentful of his father because of the position his father earned as a Hokage, which left him with no time for his family. He ultimately comes to admire and harmonize with his father and his position as Hokage. He pledges to become like his instructor Sasuke Uchiha as a support medium for the Hokage and the village.
•Sarada Uchiha
Sarada is the offspring of Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura. She inspires to become a great kunoichi and aims to become a Hokage. She struggles to understand who she is or what she's assumed to be since she grew up without having her father around. Her personality is derived from both of her parents. While she is cheerful, friendly, and thoughtful, she also possesses a fierce temperament similar to her mother's and doesn't back down from any quarrel. She also maintains an aloof and calm behavior unless she is irritated or aggravated.
•Mitsuki
Mitsuki is an artificial human created by Orochimaru. He intends to find his sole purpose in life. He has a very relaxed and reserved demeanor. He is usually seen as a very optimistic type of person. He candidly speaks his mind in any circumstances and does everything at his speed. He also has a sharp wittiness, being well-read and intelligent, showing exceptional knowledge in mathematics.
