Staying in amazing shape actually came with a very hefty price tag for the Seattle Seahawks quarterback. He shared that it was a process and a lifestyle for him. He explained that he was trying to play until 45, so for that, it was needed. Then, Jimmy pointed out that he still had 12 years, but Russell answered that the mentality, focus level and everything he had had to be surrounded by that for him.
